Refunds - General Information
You are entitled to cancel an order for a limited time even if the goods are not faulty. We will offer a refund if you have advised us within 14 days of receiving your goods that you wish to cancel the order. You have another 14 days to return the goods to us once you have advised us that you wish to do so.
We will refund you within 14 days of us receiving the goods back into stock.
Faulty, spares or repair items
We are not obliged to offer refunds on items which we have sold as faulty, for spares or repair.
Other instances
We are not obliged to offer refunds in cases of a customer having damaged an item in trying to repair it themselves or a thrid party attempting a repair.
Method of refund
We shall refund the agreed amount by the same method that payment was made. In the majority of online sales this would be back to the same card used to pay for the goods.
Proof of purchase
We will always require proof of purchase before we issue any refunds. This will be in the form of a sales receipt/invoice showing the order number generated by the website. Proof by a credit/debit card statement is also acceptable.
Returns by someone other than the buyer
We will only accept items returned by the original purchaser.
