General Information we need regarding returns
Whenever you are contacting us in respect of returns, there are a few pieces of information that we need from you. We need the reason for returning, the online order number & email address you used on the order, the date, a contact telephone number & the delivery address.
Delivery Policy
Delivery of all stocked items wil be despatched within 48 working hours of cleared payment. If an issue arises that delivery shall be delayed, or not possible for whatever reason, we shall contact you by telephone, where a number has been provided, or by email to the address showing on the order. WE DO NOT ship to UK PO Box numbers. We do not despatch on Saturday, Sunday or Bank Holidays.
Returns Policy
Spares or Repairs Items Where items are sold as 'For Spares or Repairs' this means that the item may have a known fault or issue, so in respect of those items thay are sold as seen without the option to return them to us.
Used Machines, Tools & Equipments All used machinery & tools for sale on the United Tools NW Ltd website will be fully checked over prior to delivery or collection by the customer. Return of the item back to us is at the customers expense.
New Machinery, Tools & Equipments If you have purchased new equuipment from us & you discover a fault, then please contact us using the contact form on our website. As some of the equipment is depatched direct from the manufacturer/distributor
Collection of goods
Collection of goods is offered on a PRE ARRANGED basis only.
