Retention of title

ALL goods remain the property of United Tools NW Limited, until they are paid for in full.

Order quantities

There is no minimum order quantity.

Payment

Full and final payment must be enclosed with all orders. We process payments by Worldpay & PayPal. The customer chooses which method to pay with at checkout.

Postage costs

Costs of postage from United Tools NW Limited and back to us in case of returning goods is non refundable.

All prices are subject to change without notice.

Delivery

Orders despatched via mail, courier, Parcel Force or any other carrier will require in most cases that a signature be obtained upon receipt of the goods. If for any reason the carrier cannot obtain a signature and the goods are returned to ourselves, United Tools NW Limited are not liable for the cost of re-delivery. Where possible, please advise us of an alternative delivery address.

Back ordered items

We endeavour to deliver all orders placed with us within 30 days of receiving the order. If any item is not in stock we shall place it on back order and despatch as soon as available. Should delivery of the back ordered items not be possible, we shall contact the customer and offer an alternative product or a full refund.

Exchanges

All exchange item requests must be accompanied by the original order number, email address used to place the order & name on which the goods were purchased.

None delivery

Advice of non-delivery of goods invoiced must be notified in writing within seven (7) days, otherwise goods are deemed to have arrived. Sending us notification of non delivery by email is acceptable providing this is sent to us from the mail address you used on your original order. Include the order number, date & name on the order in your email to us.

Telephone and Fax are not acceptable, and we advise that you send your correspondence to us via Royal Mail Signed For Delivery.

Returns

Please contact us by completing the form on our Contact Us page on the website BEFORE returning any items.

Under the new Consumer Contracts Regulations June 2014, which superceded the UK Distance Selling Regulations 2000, as a customer you have a statutory cooling off period of seven business days from the day you receive your goods.

You must notify United Tools NW Limited that you wish to cancel your order with us and a full refund be given. Return postage / delivery costs back to United Tools NW Limited shall be borne by you, the customer.

Cancelling an Order

Your right to cancel an order begins the moment you place an order & will end 14 days from the day you received your goods.
